My mailed-in vote arrived safe and sound. Did yours? Last chance to call your supervisor of elections.

I put my ballot in the scanner at the precinct. Line was 25-30 minutes long and no obstacles or obstructions to my right to vote, nor for anyone else that I saw.

I did see and hear one early 20’s voter who had not updated her records. When she made it outside she was complaining about all the paperwork it took to correct her records and then she did not understand the amendments. She said something about the “legal bs terms, why can’t they write it so I can understand it.” Sounds like her ignorance and laziness were the only obstacles to her vote.

That is great news RB. Thanks for the update. SL reports that the people in her office also had no trouble. Now we just need to hear about how it went in the heavily democratic precincts like College Hill, etc.

I just read some blogs about College Hill early voting, no problems with that.

    hmmm not good:

“A man called in to CNN’s Helpline on Tuesday wondering why the network hasn’t reported the Black Panthers who were seen standing in front of a Philadelphia polling station this morning, one of them carrying a billy club.”…”Note the patch on the uniform. That’s the NBPP.”

Any reports of any other groups intimidating? KKK?
