taken in downtown tampa outside of the florida museum for the photographic arts. this skyscraper is across the street. today was the last day of their members exibit in which members display their best work and are judged. today i became a member and hope to one day have one of my photographs on the wall there.

    no, i have not worked with any filters yet. i’ve read some good things about neutral density filters. in lightroom 1.1 there are some new options to adjust individual colors in an image. i adjusted the color of the sky and increased the blue saturation. then i added a vignette to close in on the glare and make it more pronounced.

    RB sent me a link to some great examples of HDR photography. High Dynamic Range is when you expose for all areas of an image and then stitch them together. A search for HDR on flickr actually yields a number of terrible examples. I’ve not tried it myself yet (I’m still mastering regular old photography). Check out RBs link:
